Sessions run 1-5 p.m. with three locations to choose from:
Thursday, March 19, Helena, Montana SBA District Office, Federal Building
Tuesday, March 24, Missoula, MonTec conference room, 1121 East Broadway
Tuesday, March 31, Bozeman, MMEC conference room, 2310 University Way, Bldg 2
Events co-sponsored by the Montana Technology Innovation Partnership, U.S. Small Business Administration and Montana Manufacturing Extension Center (MMEC).
The workshop provides tools for individuals or small businesses interested in learning more about marketing an idea or innovation in the national marketplace. Participants should come prepared with product or service ideas for this hands-on session on how to describe ideas so that anyone can understand and how to post vetted ideas on the USA National Innovation Marketplace, an open source connections for investors, manufacturers, retailers, experts and companies. For those willing and ready to go public with ideas, a free comprehensive innovation assessment will be available through April 10. The assessment looks at readiness for the marketplace and true dollar value of the invention to help determine the next step for an innovation.
Space is limited so please register early. You may register for the workshop by contacting Deborah Nash at (406) 994-4507 or by visiting http://www.mtmanufacturingcenter.com.
