New Self Employment Publication highlighting Montana success stories is now available

Our latest publication, prepared in partnership with 11 small business
owners with disabilities and the Montana Job Training Partnership, No Lone
Wolves: Partnering for Self-Employment Success, is now available!!

This small book provides 11 brief profiles of business owners with
disabilities succeeding in Montana. Featured enterprises range from Edelen’s
Glass business (that grossed $750,000 last year!), to a retail store
operated on a Reservation, to a vending machine operation, and a new beef
Jerky company. The fine cover art was produced by local artist Don
Whittecar, another participant in the Careers through Partnerships Project.

This publication is a valuable resource for people with disabilities
contemplating business start-ups, for various rehabilitation agencies and
professionals, VR Counselors, Tribal VR, Small Business Development Centers,
Developmental Disability staff, Mental Health workers, Independent Living
Centers, and Work Force Investment Act programs.
