Group pushing for Livingston, Montana passenger rail-car plant

A group of railroad enthusiasts who have long sought to restore a Southern Montana passenger route are now pushing for federal stimulus money to be spent on a passenger train assembly plant in Livingston.
“There is a need for this particular type of business to supply America’s railroads,” said Chuck McMillan of Helena. “With this stimulus package right now, it just kind of falls into place.”
