Montana’s Gov. Schweitzer welcomes stimulus bill’s focus on energy

For Gov. Brian Schweitzer, the federal economic stimulus plan is not just two years of emergency funding to build roads, sustain health care services and maintain school funding; it’s also a long-term energy bill that could propel Montana’s economic development.
"There are more energy provisions in this bill than we have seen for a dozen years coming from Washington, D.C.," Schweitzer said as he rattled off a list:
