Businesses still have time to sign up for career fair in Helena

Fair will be April 10 at Carroll College.
Nearly 80 businesses and programs have registered so far for the Seventh Annual Helena Area Career Fair, but some space is
still available and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, the final deadline for inclusion of company descriptions in the Vendor Profile Book is Monday; registrations received
after that date will not be included in the book.
The fair will be held Wednesday, April 10, from noon to 5 p.m. at the Carroll College Physical Education Center.
Organizers say the fair is a good opportunity for employers to market their businesses and to meet with potential job candidates.
Employers don’t have to have job openings to take part in the fair.
Last year, 113 businesses and about 1,000 visitors came to the fair.
The fair is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Carroll College Career Center, Helena College of Technology, the
Independent Record and the Helena Job Service Employer Committee.

Also, before the fair the Helena Job Service Workforce Center is offering a series of resume workshops —March 21 at 3:30 p.m.;
March 23 at 9 a.m., and March 28 at 6 p.m.
