Idaho colleges, universities to boost fees

Idaho university and college students should expect to pay more tuition and fees in the coming year to make up for state budget cuts.

"Clearly, that’s where they will seek to generate some additional revenue," budget analyst Matt Freeman told the 20-lawmaker Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee, which is now writing the 2010 budget.
