The State of Montana Capital Investment Board http://www.mtcib.com/Homepage.aspx seeks a private equity fund of funds manager to organize, capitalize, & administer a $60 million contingent deferred tax credit investment program.

Responsibilities include fundraising, fund management, & identifying venture capital investments. Deadline for responses is January 9, 2009.
