Montana making it easier for rural areas to implement recycling efforts

The following is the first in a three-part series that will take an in depth look at:

1) Challenges rural communities face in implementing recycling programs, State attempts to provide support through proposed legislation, and how remote cities and towns across the state of Montana are making it work;

2) Specific challenges and projected life of the Shelby landfill, the potential impact recycling could have to the life of the landfill;
