Secret donor gives $241,000 to coach Bozeman public school teachers

A secret donor has given the Bozeman public schools stock worth $241,827 – the largest gift it has received in at least the past two decades – to hire teaching coaches.
“It’s really exciting,” Steve Johnson, assistant superintendent for business, said after Monday night’s School Board meeting.
Johnson, who has worked for the school district 22 years, said, “It’s the most significant donation I’ve seen.”
