A leader in business: No surprise to many: Forbes ranks Utah 2nd in nation. WA 5th, ID 6th, ND 9th, MT 42nd

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Utah is second-best among the 50 states when it comes to doing business, Forbes.com said Wednesday.

The state jumped two spots from fourth place in last year’s Best States for Business rankings http://www.forbes.com/home/business/2007/07/10/washington-virginia-utah-biz-cz_kb_0711bizstates.html , coming in just behind Virginia.
