Five years exp REQUIRED in a corporate environment as a network, systems or senior help desk analyst. Applicant must have technical skills for support and administration of all IT infrastructure help desk activities including MS 0NT4/2000 servers, MS 98/2000/XP OS, MS Exchange 5.5/2000, MS Office products, PC and basic network administration including routers, switches and hubs. Related MS and Cisco certifications preferred.
