MMEC Field Engineer, Kreg Worrest Honored at National Conference

Kreg Worrest was recently presented with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership Practitioner of the Year Award at the National MEP Conference in Orlando, Fla. for his strong commitment to the MEP national knowledge base.

Worrest is a field engineer with the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center http://www.mtmanufacturingcenter.com/. MMEC is a manufacturing outreach center at Montana State University’s College of Engineering. Worrest serves from the Missoula field office at the University of Montana’s School of Business Administration.

Worrest was honored for trailblazing in the quality arena, generating impacts for clients and teaching other practitioners. His innovative approaches to mapping the quality stream and workforce training using skit-style learning were recognized as significant contributions to the broader body of knowledge throughout the profession.
