Different market for jobs means broader focus for Industrial Personnel, labor conractor

For nearly three decades, sawmills and other industrial clients were the bread and butter for Industrial Personnel.

"It was in our name," said Clyde Montgomery, vice president and partner in the employment agency. "It’s always been our job."

Times have changed, and so have the people who come to him looking for a job.

"People don’t want to do that anymore," Montgomery said. "We still have more jobs than people."
