Regents endorse unique licensing agreement – "Reverse Tech Transfer"

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

An unprecedented business licensing agreement for the Montana University System and a new template for future public-private partnerships were the outcome of a special meeting of the Montana Board of Regents on Tuesday.
