‘Horizons’ program from the Northwest Area Foundation infuses life into rural communities in Montana and other regional states.

The program, sponsored by the Minnesota-based Northwest Area Foundation http://www.nwaf.org/ , relies on leadership training to combat poverty and to turn small-town stagnation into small-town pride, said Peggy Iba, a Glendive resident who serves as Horizons regional director.
