Qualified candidates will have two or more years experience in inside sales leadership; a degree in business, marketing, or related field and excellent oral and written communication skills. They will have experience in Sales and Marketing strategic planning, plus a successful track record in developing Sales and Marketing initiatives to grow the business for new and existing markets. Problem solving and critical thinking are key to this person’s ability to design sales campaigns. Coaching, mentoring, and motivating others are also important aspects of the job. Public record industry knowledge and/or database technology experience is a plus. Compensation for this position is performance-based, with a base salary and commission on sales.
