High school seniors should apply now for Montana State University scholarships

Montana State University in Bozeman will be awarding a large number of freshmen scholarships to Montana residents who apply for admission for fall 2007.

The increase is the result of MSU’s "Putting Students First" campaign that raised more than $22 million in scholarship funds.

"MSU is dedicated to helping Montana students pursue their dreams," said MSU president Geoff Gamble. "We know that affordability can be a roadblock to higher education for many Montana families."

"We are excited about what this will enable us to do in terms of tuition assistance," Russell said.
