Film rolls for new University of Montana commercials…"Got Griz?"

University of Montana administrators are promising a new kind of advertising for the University of Montana, and are enlisting UM students to help them do it.

“You’ve never seen ads like this, I absolutely guarantee it,” said Jim Foley, UM executive vice president.

Film producers were in downtown Missoula on Tuesday producing a commercial starring a dozen Griz fans chosen from an audition earlier this semester at Liquid Planet. The producers will also attempt to fit in the other 58 people who auditioned, as well as various scenes special to Missoula.
