Given the paradigm is shifting, broadcast companies might look very different within the next five years, both in business models and the types of content, specific to different types of media, they produce.

And what about Blue Ray versus HD? What will happen now, and is it really relevant in the new download world? Then there’s user generated content, and Hollywood needs to decide whether to embrace it, reject it, or simply dismiss it. The latter former seems inevitable on a variety of fronts, but questions remain who markets it, how do consumers find it (the good stuff), and how should it be monetizes.
