Television production venture opens branch studio back home in Missoula. ILF Media

After several years working in Spokane, Missoula native Kagan Yochim has returned home to open a branch of the Spokane-based ILF Media, a television production company.

Kagan Yochim got the bug for television 11 years ago at the University of Montana.

“My first TV class was taught by Gus Chambers,” the 31-year-old Yochim said. “He’s kind of a character, and he made me realize how fun TV would be.”
These days, Yochim, a 1993 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart, is combining that love with something else close to his heart – his hometown.

He’s moved from Spokane to establish a Missoula branch of ILF Media, a television production company.

Missoula ILF is up and running, and Yochim plans to have it fully staffed by July.
