RightNow Technologies Inc. of Bozeman, Montana buying Salesnet for $9 million

PFL Tech Inc. is a marketing technology company that provides sales enablement and marketing automation solutions, as well asprinting, mailing, and fulfillment services. They also provide some great Montana Jobs.

RightNow Technologies Inc. http://www.rightnow.com/ , which helps businesses manage customer relations, said Monday it bought privately held Salesnet Inc. for $9 million cash.

The deal adds 26 employees and 12 offshore development contractors, RightNow said.

Boston-based Salesnet makes sales automation software for mid-market and enterprise customers. RightNow plans to begin integrating Salesnet applications by the summer, with all major features to be included by summer 2007.
