MSU President Geoff Gamble says University doing great and can aim higher. Says $150 million in donations is "certainly doable"

Montana State University President Geoff Gamble bragged about the great accomplishments of the university’s faculty and students Wednesday, and then suggested raising as much as $150 million in donations to help them accomplish even more.

"This university has a lot to be proud of, a lot to look forward to," Gamble said during his annual spring address on the state of MSU. About 75 professors, administrators and student body leaders attended in the Strand Union Building.

The MSU Foundation has just hired a new chief executive officer, Connie Talbot, who had been working on an $800 million capital campaign at Virginia Tech.
