Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., tours Zoot Enterprises in Four Corners, Montana

Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., Tuesday praised Zoot Enterprises http://zootweb.com for creating high-tech jobs in Montana and for being a "clean" industry.

Rehberg stopped at Zoot’s offices here and met with CEO Chris Nelson and some of the company’s 150 employees.

"I find I represent Montana better when I take the time to get to know what’s going on," Rehberg said.

Zoot does instant credit applications for customers and as Nelson showed Rehberg around the building, the congressman asked how the company might apply its computer technologies in new ways. For example, Rehberg wondered if Zoot’s technologies could be used for managing federal programs, such as a trust fund for American Indians.
