Inc. magazine accepting growth-list applications for 2006

Inc. magazine is accepting applications for its 500 Fastest Growing Companies list for 2006.

A preliminary qualification form is available at http://www.inc.com through Jan. 15. In late January and February, Inc. staff will contact the companies that have a chance of making the list and ask them to complete a more detailed application.

Independent, privately held companies based in the United States with four full years of operating history are eligible to apply.

Companies must provide revenue figures for 2002 through 2004 and an estimate for 2005 to qualify for consideration.
