Detto completes purchase of 2 Utah software companies

Detto Technologies, a Washington-based software company, said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of WhiteCanyon Inc. and Channel Access Inc., both Utah corporations.

The two companies have combined revenues of $2.1 million and about $500,000 in operating income this year.

WhiteCanyon develops software security tools. Channel Access markets and distributes utility and personal productivity software.
