Should the State of Montana create an entity to plan and coordinate energy policy?

This is the question that the Energy and Telecommunications Interim Committee (ETIC) began to explore at its November 22nd meeting.

The ETIC wants your thoughts about this question and one way of letting it know is to fill out a brief survey that has been prepared. Sixty organizations and individuals have responded thus far, and you are invited to do the same.
