What’s happening at MATR and MJN?

Many have asked about the status of MATR and MJN and how effective they are in promoting the business success of Montana and developing a more successful entrepreneurial economy.

Over 1 Million hits a month from over 120 countries.

Listing over 1000 Companies and Resources from Montana and the Inland Northwest http://www.matr.net/companies.phtml Logos, URL’s and mission statements appear throughout the MATR site to increase the visibility to the readers. (We’re working on a "user entered" module so organizations can enter and update their own info.)

User entered http://www.matr.net/addevents.phtml Events list for Economic and Business Events in the Inland Northwest http://www.matr.net/events.phtml along with monthly calendars.

5 years of searchable archived stories in over 40 categories http://www.matr.net/

The homepage is updated daily and there is a twice-weekly newsletter (free) to several thousand who are interested in learning about what Montana is doing and what is has to offer (here are the archives and the subscription form) http://www.matr.net/newsletter.phtml . Each edition contains a focus listing for a Montana Community from Come Home Montana and a Talent and Career Opportunity from Montana Jobs Net. We’re also looking at adding the ability for individuals to enter their own news stories.

All are encouraged to comment on articles posted on MATR. There is a moderated comments function at the bottom of each page to increase info sharing and networking and a page of all comments at http://www.matr.net/comments.phtml

MATR hosts monthly Roundtables to foster discussion and networking. Here’s a couple of example –
