RightNow to Hold Annual User Conference October 3-6 at Montana’s Renowned Big Sky Resort

conference from Monday, October 3 through Thursday, October 6 at Montana’s
renowned Big Sky Resort. The four-day conference is open to current and
prospective RightNow customers and will focus on the top business challenges
facing CRM practitioners, as well as the technology solutions and future
development plans of RightNow and its strategic partners.

Customers attending RightNow’s annual user conference include Black &
Decker Corporation, Nike Inc., Orbitz, Polaroid, and US Airways. Industry
analysts from Beagle Research, Gartner Group, Forrester Research, IDC, Jupiter
Research, and the Yankee Group will also be participating at the event.

This year’s conference will address a wide range of important CRM issues,
including:

* Building the customer-centric enterprise

* Integrating marketing, sales and customer service

* Optimizing contact center performance with voice-enabled CRM

* Leveraging the contact center to drive revenue

This year’s conference keynote address, "Exceeding the Golden Standard,"
will be given by Michael Tamer, president and CEO of Tamer Partners and author
of "The Four-Minute Customer."

The conference will feature sessions on specific topics relating to CRM,
marketing, sales, customer service, and technology. Customers will also be
able to book one-on-one consulting sessions with RightNow CRM experts to get
help with their company’s CRM implementations.
