BYU’s MBA program among best

Today’s issue of the Wall Street Journal makes a familiar announcement: The MBA program at Brigham Young University is among the nation’s best.

A survey of corporate recruiters ranked BYU sixth in the nation among regional schools, which the Journal defines as smaller schools that primarily draw attention from local businesses. The school was ranked fifth in last year’s survey.

For the second consecutive year, the Journal also ranked BYU second for recruiting students with integrity. BYU finished behind Yale both times. The accounting school also moved up a spot from fifth last year to fourth this year.

"We’re very, very pleased," said Ned Hill, dean of BYU’s Marriot School of Management. "Rankings are sometimes fickle things, but it’s good to be among the best again. We’re glad to be in good company."
