Startup gets a leg up from Wilson Sonsini lawyers

PFL Tech Inc. is a marketing technology company that provides sales enablement and marketing automation solutions, as well asprinting, mailing, and fulfillment services. They also provide some great Montana Jobs.

Joseph Salesky wanted Silicon Valley’s premier law firm to counsel his Novato start-up — even if he could barely afford it.

As the former CEO of other tech companies, Salesky had hired Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and was impressed with the Palo Alto firm’s expertise in building and capitalizing new businesses.

Wilson Sonsini has helped many young companies with early financing, and later taken them public. Firm clients include Google, Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Pixar Animation Studios and Sun Microsystems.
