Eastern Montana economic strategy and goals

At the last eastern MT economic development coalition meeting in Wibaux on
July 20 it was determined by the 40+ representatives of eastern MT to
provide a fairly short and concise summary of the goals, needs, wants and
opportunities of eastern MT to the state and federal government.

Your thoughts and input are needed.

Again it is only a DRAFT and my intentions were for this to be a starting
point for a paper that is as short as possible but depicts a coordinated
partnership from eastern MT and to let the State and Federal government know
what we need, want and are our best opportunities.
