Missoula-based company, Armor Auto inks German deal during Montana World Trade Tour of Europe

The first stop in a whirlwind trade mission through Europe made a believer out of John Ryan.

The CEO of the Missoula-based Armor Auto inked a deal for upward of $50,000 on the first stop of a weeklong mission hosted in part by the Montana World Trade Center http://www.mwtc.org earlier this week.

Ryan credited offices from the University of Montana-based Montana World Trade Center and Rep. Denny Rehberg, R-Mont., for opening doors to foreign markets.

"This is not difficult," said Ryan. "These people know what they’re doing. Companies all over the state of Montana would be out of their minds not to do this."

The trade mission includes representatives from four Missoula-based companies and one from Stevensville. By the end of the week, they will have met with business people in Munich, Germany; Madrid, Spain; and Dublin, Ireland.
