Exploit Your Employees! Your staff is your greatest asset. Use ’em.

Many businesses tend to be very good at exploiting their strengths: the quality of their products and services as well as the value of their brand. However, while businesses focus on what they produce, they may fail to fully exploit their greatest strength: their employees.

The majority of senior executives and managers nationwide feel that their organizations already exploit their strengths well, and they also say their organizations minimize the impact of their weaknesses.
