RightNow Technologies, , a leading provider of on demand CRM software solutions, today announced that businesses around the world used its on demand CRM solutions to serve more than 500 million customer interactions in 2004. This represents an impressive year-over-year increase of 102 percent, which underscores the rapid growth and success of RightNow’s CRM deployments worldwide. In the fourth quarter of 2005 alone, RightNow delivered more than 150 million customer interactions, a 7 percent increase from the third quarter 2004 and a 95 percent increase from the same period in 2003.
