Yellowstone National Park is donating the use of the bus and a driver to anyone along the route who would like a ride to and/or from the Harvesting Clean Energy conference that will be held next week in Great Falls. The bus will leave Livingston at 10 am on Wednesday, January 19. It will stop in Bozeman, leaving at 11 am. A brief stop in Manhattan, then the next formal stop is in Three Forks at Wheat Montana.

The bus will leave at 12 noon. (Suggest ordering a sandwich there.) Next stop Helena, leaving the Metcalf building at 1:30. We may also pick up at the LCG Armory. Arriving at the Heritage Inn Great Falls by 3:30. The bus will also provide shuttle service between the conference location and the MAGIE (MT Agricultural and Industrial Expo).

Conference participants will have free admission to the MAGIE on Thursday afternoon to visit all the displays. Friday afternoon when the conference is over the bus will leave the Heritage Inn at approximately 4 pm and reverse the route, so you can take advantage of all the conference activities and still enjoy a safe, fun, environmentally-friendly ride. If you are interested in riding the bus or registering for the conference please contact me for more specifics. I will help plan pick-up locations and provide cell phone numbers for contacts in each location.

I hope we can fill the bus so that the kind folks from the park who are donating this service will feel appreciated. I’m looking forward to the trip!
