The Barraza sisters are bringing new meaning to the term "family business."

Brittany, 13, runs "Gift Cards by Brittany" and sold $446 in merchandise the past three years.

Josette, 11, creates potpourri, flower pots and hair accessories for her "Spring Time Fun" business. She has sold $173.50 worth of goods.

The budding entrepreneurs are part of YouthWorks, one of several Denver-area programs that help at-risk urban youngsters develop business skills.
