UT team places first in statewide entrepreneurship contest

A group of University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business graduates has taken the top prize in the annual Shirley Murphy Entrepreneur Contest, garnering them $15,000 for their start-up business, uShip.

When Matthew Chasen moved from Seattle to Austin in 2002 to enter UT graduate school, he noticed that the rental truck he was using was half empty.
