Video Internet
Broadcasting Corporation (VIB TV) today announced it has changed its name
to HomeNet Communications, Inc. and merged with HomeNet Utah, Inc., a
subsidiary of Faraday Financial, Inc. of Salt Lake City. The new company
will be known as HomeNet Communications http://www.homenetcommunications.com .

"We’ve been pleased with the progress the company has made this year,"
said Frank Gillen, president of Faraday Financial. "We’re expecting big
things from HomeNet – both now and in the future – here in Utah, in
Washington and around the world."

"The merger and name change of VIB to HomeNet Communications better
represents the company as not only a video and Internet provider, but as
an integrated triple play provider offering voice, video and data services,
" said Mike Devine, president and chief financial officer of HomeNet

will continue as planned."

roughly $2 million in both equity and convertible debt through private
transactions with accredited investors. It also secured a $1.5 million

Bancorporation (Nasdaq: ZION).
