Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Movie lovers with a broadband connection no longer have to rely on their cable or satellite provider to get their fix. A new offering from RealNetworks and Starz lets broadband customers download movies from a Web site in about 20 minutes for viewing on their PC-or on a TV connected to their PC with an S-connector.

About 100 titles, including new releases and classic titles, are available at any time. The service costs $12.95 a month for unlimited viewing. Customers’ broadband connection must operate at 600 kbps or more.
