Economic Outlook looks at sectors that make Spokane region tick

Did you know that one out of 10 jobs in Spokane and Kootenai counties is in the health-care field?

Or that all of Spokane’s major real estate records were broken last year?

What about the region’s population? Kootenai County added 3,000 people in 2003, and Spokane County added 5,000.
